Recruiting Survivors for Measuring Safety - The Network
The Network is recruiting survivors who are ready to tell their story for anonymous interviews! These remote interviews will inform our annual data report, Measuring Safety, and often take about an hour to complete. Survivor stories help us learn about the nature of violence, gaps in services, and what our advocacy work must center to make change. Interviewees will receive payment for their time and their identities will be kept anonymous. To be eligible for an interview, you or your client must:
  • Identify as a survivor of gender-based violence.
  • Live in, or experienced abuse in, Illinois.
  • Not have been interviewed by The Network before.
Interviews will be scheduled during January – March of 2024. Please share this opportunity across your organization and among your clients as you see fit. GBV service providers who identify as survivors are welcome to interview. To learn more or sign up, contact policy@the-network.org.
