Overview of the role:
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in supervising the store’s volunteer staff and overall operations. They work with the Store Manager to determine and delegate tasks to store employees and implement agency initiatives from upper management. They also collaborate with the Store Manager and Neat Repeats teams to provide a welcoming, positive and efficient experience to customers.
Education Required: H.S Diploma or Equivalent; Valid Driver’s License
Experience Required:
1-3 years Retail Management
3-5 years in Customer Service Experience with volunteer management Knowledge
Interest in resale trends
Strong Project Management and personal workflow
Strong Clerical and Mathematical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
