Overview of the role:

The Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Case Manager is responsible for coordination of the RRH program and provides case management and supportive services to clients in the Rapid Re-Housing and Emergency Services programs to promote self-sufficiency, integration into the community, and permanency in housing using the Housing First model.  The RRH Case Manager will use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to the work with the primary focus of ending homelessness by assisting participants to obtain and maintain safe, permanent housing. The principal duties are performed both in the office and in the field.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or Related Field, Valid Driver’s License
Experience Required: Experience working with DV Victims 3-5 years of job-related experience.   Previous case management experience with Housing Focus Strong Project Management and     personal workflow skills. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bilingual, Spanish speaking and writing (Preferred).

Credentialling Required:
X       40 Hour DV Training
o       PAIP Certification
o       Sexual Assault Certified
o       ICDVP Certification

Must have the ability to create a comprehensive plan and follow through on each detail.  This person must be highly organized, have excellent relationship building skills and experience, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
