Help Received: The Art of Resourceful Task Delegation as a Helping Professional

March 19, 2025 @ 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm

Asking for help is one of the hardest things to do for a professional helper, especially when you’re not sure how to go about it! In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to avoid occupational burnout and reduce compassion fatigue by mindfully exploring how to tactfully ask and accept help (without the side of guilt!).

In this workshop, you will strengthen your ability to:

  • Decipher how to begin delegating tasks in mindful ways
  • Engage in team-oriented ways to support, organize and systemize work responsibilities
  • Increase opportunities to productively collaborate
