
Sarah Carrier
Housing Advocacy Attorney
Sarah Carrier is a Housing Advocacy Attorney at The Network. She joined The Network in the Summer of 2026. She supports the housing and policy teams by providing advice and legal support to survivors, conducting trainings, participating in committees, and engaging in policy and systems response reform for survivors who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness due to gender-based violence.
Prior to coming to The Network, Sarah worked as a law clerk for a family law firm and interned with Ascend Justice’s Order of Protection Division. Sarah received her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where she was a co-captain of the civil mock trial team and student in the Community Law Center Clinic acting as a guardian ad litem. She also holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio where she studied Political Science and Social Justice.
