Colleen Norton, LCSW, ICDVP (she/her)

Colleen Norton, LCSW, ICDVP, is a native Chicagoan and has been working in the anti-domestic violence field since 2005, with experience in counseling, legal advocacy, prevention/education, and more at one of The Network’s member organizations.  She joined The Network in 2020 and, as the Director of Special Projects, has been able to lead the development and implementation of projects and programs to support organizations and survivors through COVID and has been scaling up The Survivor Fund, which now distributes millions of dollars each year to support survivors with financial assistance. She is honored to be able to support survivors through The Survivor Fund and passionate about addressing vicarious trauma in the field.
